Body Recomposition 🩵

Over the past few months, I’ve worked hard to build more strength through consistent training and carefully planned nutrition. Now, I’m excited to enter the next phase of my personal fitness journey: body recomposition.


What is body recomposition?

It’s the process of losing body fat while simultaneously building lean muscle. Instead of focusing solely on the scale, this phase is about changing how my body looks and performs - getting leaner, stronger, and more defined.


This isn’t a crash diet or a bulk. It’s a strategic balance of strength training, high-protein nutrition, and smart recovery. The goal is to create sustainable changes that improve both aesthetics and athletic performance.


Why this phase?

Because I’m ready to level up. I want to push myself harder, train stronger, and prove what’s possible when you stay disciplined and consistent.
