Hi, I'm Lucie — a personal trainer and weight loss coach. A few years ago, I was in a very different place. I struggled with my weight, my confidence, and my health. But through dedication, education, and a lot of trial and error, I lost over 8 stone naturally — and it completely transformed my life.

Now, I'm here to help you transform yours.

I know how daunting that first step into fitness can feel. I also know the power of support, guidance, and having someone who truly understands what you’re going through. Whether you're feeling stuck in a sedentary lifestyle, managing long-term health conditions, or simply don’t know where to begin — I’ve been there. And I’m here to walk with you every step of the way.

I help clients rediscover the joy of movement, gain confidence in their bodies, and build healthier habits that last. I'm currently studying sports massage therapy to further support recovery and mobility by being able to offer stretch therapy. I also help clients make better food choices — including smart swaps for those snacks we all love but maybe shouldn’t eat quite so often!

This blog will be a space for motivation, tips, food diary advice, and real talk about what it’s like to start (and stick with) a fitness journey. No fads. No quick fixes. Just real, sustainable progress with someone who’s been in your shoes.
